San Diego Surf Lesson offers year round stand-up paddle surfing lessons in Mission Beach, CA
Beginner Stand Up Paddle Lessons - Our experienced instructors will guide you in the correct techniques of stand up paddle surfing or (S.U.P). No experience needed, feel comfortable with the easy process of learning to stand up paddle.
Our instructors will teach you the gradual process of getting to your feet and paddling on flat water before we guide you into the ocean. Learn board control, stroke technique, safety advice, and the correct way to dismount off your board. Do not be afraid if you fall off the board! We will teach you the correct way to get back on your board in the ocean.
Stand up paddle boarding is similar to surfing. We recommend that you take a surf lesson prior if you have no surfing experience. Just learning a few surfing techniques will drastically increase your stand up paddling experience.

In order to book a lesson, we need 24 hours notice.
Our school has two white canopies on the beach and can be distinguished by bright (white/orange) floral flags and Orange banners. We are situated at 3644 Ocean front walk(west) north of lifeguard tower 18 and south of tower 19. |
